Should Someone Finish It?
I have had three unfinished website pages sitting in my drafts for weeks. Every time I open them, I change a few lines and then move on to something else. I know what each page should explain, so I am considering whether to pay someone to write website content using my notes and rough drafts. I have never handed unfinished work to another writer before. Would detailed notes be enough for someone to understand what I want, or should I prepare a proper outline for every page first?
