About the event
Unlocking Doors is where 10th and 11th graders move from thinking about the future to preparing for it with purpose. This cohort strengthens identity, direction, discipline, communication, and decision-making, giving students the structure and maturity needed to make intentional progress toward the opportunities they want.
Through guided reflection, real-world application, and structured Future First tools, students learn to manage responsibility, track achievements, communicate professionally, and align their actions with long-term goals. They begin shaping the roadmap that will carry them into senior year and beyond.
Throughout this cohort, students will:
Establish a clear sense of identity and purpose
Build strong habits and time-management systems
Strengthen communication and presentation skills
